Chorizo Cantimpalo

350 grams locally made Spanish chorizo using only premium meat, no extenders, and no binders.

Chorizo Cantimpalo has a thicker casing so that it can be barbecued without the skin falling apart so quickly.

The secret in keeping them round when sliced is to slice them while frozen. When cooking, handle gently so that they do not break apart in the pan.
